UK RETURNS
If you wish to return an item, please complete the returns form which came with your shoes and include it in the box when returning. Buyer is responsible for return postage.
We accept exchanges; however the best way to exchange, is to return the unwanted item for a refund and buy the required size/item again, in case the item becomes out of stock. All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We accept returns within 28 days of receipt, if the item is unworn and in its original condition. Please send any returns in the original packaging and box. Buyer is responsible for return postage.
